How quickly will you ship my order?
We're dedicated to getting your items to you as quickly as possible and strive to ship all purchases within 3 business days of your order. Though rare, there might be instances when a holiday, unforeseen logistical delays, or unexpectedly high order volumes cause a delay of an extra day or two but, rest assured, this is not the norm.

Ordered Wrong Item by Mistake
We appreciate your understanding that we are unable to accept returns for any protectors ordered by mistake or those that don't fit a particular Pop. Please see our Refund Policy for more information
Defective PopShield Brand Protectors
At PopShield, your satisfaction matters most. If you happen to receive any defective PopShield brand protectors, don't worry! We will gladly offer replacements or a refund (at our discretion) if you notify us of the issue within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of the product, returns/refunds can not be honored for any other reason.

PO Box Shipping Unavailable for Some Items
Unfortunately, we can't deliver many larger orders—ex.: more than 50 standard 4" PopShields or more than six 4" Armors— to PO box addresses. If your order is not shippable to a PO box you will see an alert message at checkout to select another carrier.
No "Bots" Policy
We want to make sure everyone has a fair and enjoyable shopping experience. That's why it's important to us that nobody uses software (bots) to place orders quickly and get an unfair advantage.
