At PopShield/7 Bucks a Pop, we are passionate about making every aspect of your collecting hobby joyful and stress-free. Our focus is to ensure your happiness with every order and build lasting relationships as your go-to online source for Pops and the best protectors in the hobby to keep your collection safe.

While we take every precaution with time-tested packing standards to minimize transit damage, accidents may occur during shipping. If you experience loss or damage caused by a shipping carrier, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we'll work with you to find exchange, return, or refund solutions. Returns/refunds are considered only for damage or defects. If you encounter any issues with your order, simply fill out the form on our 'Contact Us' page, and we'll respond as soon as possible. Return shipping costs are considered on a case-by-case basis. If the mistake was on our end, we'll cover the return shipping. However, we will not be able to provide return options in instances where the error wasn't caused by us.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for PopShields for any reason (ex.: sizes ordered by mistake or sizes that don't fit a specific Pop) other than those noted above. It is important to keep in mind that new Pops in completely new formats come to market regularly so that Rides Pop that was just released may not conform to the most common Rides format standards in the past. We try to make your selection process as simple and clear as possible with each PopShield page indicating the known Pops it will fit but, to ensure a proper fit, check the product description for PopShield size measurements and measure your Pop accordingly. FAQ

How do I start the return process? 

  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. To request a return, fill out the contact form on our site.
  3. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns without prior approval will not be honored.
     

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For damaged items, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Imperfections and cosmetic issues
In the context of plastics manufacturing, particularly with injection molded plastic used for PopShield Armor, it is common to encounter light scratches, minor blemishes, imperfections around the magnets, or "weld" lines. Additionally, a small chip or tiny nub of plastic may be present at the injection point on the back of the lid. There also may be light scratches or scuffs on some PopShield soft protectors. We would like to emphasize that these minor imperfections are inherent to the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

As you make your purchase decision, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding these potential cosmetic issues. It is important to note that, unless there is significant damage to the plastic or the protector is broken or defective, we will not be able to accept returns for PopShields and Armor.

 

Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for PopShields or Armor ordered by mistake or those that don't fit a specific Pop. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order at your own expense within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification . As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds will be for the original purchase price plus the original outgoing shipping charge for the returned portion only.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company and that we have no input nor influence over that part of the process. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@popshield.shop.
