Shipping policy
We take great pride in packaging your PopShields with extreme care so they get to you in the same condition they were sent. Your order will be carefully wrapped in packaging proven through internal testing and years of practical shipping to protect all items, and sent on its way, usually within 3 business days. There may be brief delays on holidays and particularly heavy shipping periods—please be patient as we work to get all orders out as quickly as possible. If expedited shipping is desired, please leave us a note in the notes section at checkout and we can get back to you with a quote. In the rare instance wherein damage occurs during shipping, please reach out to us and we will make things right.

Shipping in the U.S.
Shipping is free for orders of $60 or more within the contiguous 48 states. Shipping for orders totaling less than $60 within the contiguous 48 states and APOs will be calculated based on weight and package size. Shipping to Alaska, Hawai'i and US territories is calculated based on weight and package size. Once picked up from our warehouse, your package will generally get to you within 2-7 business days in the contiguous U. S., and a little longer to Alaska, Hawai'i, U.S. territories and all APOs. Larger/heavier items (ex.: 100-counts or more of PopShields, more than six 4" Armor, etc.) can not be delivered to PO boxes. Shipments outside of the contiguous U. S. for larger/heavier packages such as bulk PopShields may ship via USPS Ground Advantage which may show slower delivery so please be sure to give a few weeks lead time for those orders.

International Shipping
International shipping rates are based on destination and package size and weight. Shipping rates will be shown at checkout prior to payment. Note that there are per-order size/weight maximums that differ by destination country and when those are exceeded a built-in rate that is completely unrealistic ($7,777,777.00) will show. A good plan is to start your order small and build up until you hit that dummy rate and you can then place multiple orders under that threshold or request a shipping quote from us via the contact form.
Please be aware that any customs duties and taxes will be due upon receipt of your order and that the recipient is responsible for payment of those charges. Customs clearance/brokerage charges are included with our standard shipping service options but, depending on the country of delivery (most notably in Europe and South Africa), there may be other small assessorial fees/service charges assessed by the carrier noted on the customs invoice that are the responsibility of the recipient—PopShield has no control nor influence over these fees.
Note: Most shipping to international addresses will be via FedEx International Economy. Some orders may ship via UPS Worldwide Expedited.
Most other shipments (generally smaller orders) will ship via the US Postal Service and your local post.
International Shipping Notices
*We are currently not accepting orders to be shipped to the Philippines, Macao, Bulgaria, Haiti, many countries in Africa, nor any countries currently on the USPS Service Suspensions list. If you are in one of these countries and wish to order, please consider using a US-based freight forwarder who can deliver to you.
*Note to international customers using a freight forwarder: We will not be offering returns or refunds for items lost/undelivered by or damaged after delivery to the freight forwarder. If a package is delivered to you with damage in transit, any claim for that damage should be directed to the freight forwarder. Be sure to review the freight forwarder's policy on loss and damage prior to agreeing to any service.
